Kansas City's Attempt to Dye Frozen Fountain to Support Chiefs Fails

In an effort to support the Kansas City Chiefs as they prepare to play the Indianapolis Colts, the city of Kansas City attempted to dye one of its fountains red. It didn't turn out well.
